Privacy Policy
Effective: June 4, 2026
Fair Interval Timer ("the app", "we") is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles.
1. No account, local-first
The app has no login and no user account. Your workouts, presets, settings, and usage counters are stored only on your device. We do not run servers that collect or store your personal data, and your workout data never leaves your device through us.
2. Data you create stays on your device
Presets, workout history, and preferences live in local storage on your phone. Deleting the app removes this data. The in-app "Reset" options clear it too.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Free users see one rewarded ad before a workout (never during). Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers (including, with your permission, the Advertising Identifier / IDFA), approximate usage, and similar data to show and measure ads. On iOS we ask for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; you can decline, and you can disable personalized ads in your device settings. See Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
4. Purchases (Apple + RevenueCat)
The optional one-time "Remove Ads Forever" purchase is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase and restore status. These providers process the transaction and an anonymous purchase/app identifier; we do not receive your payment details. Apple Privacy · RevenueCat Privacy.
5. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
6. Your choices
You can decline ad tracking (ATT), reset local data in Settings, or delete the app at any time.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Effective" date will change accordingly.
